Monona, Iowa | Limited to 8 women
Registration Opens April 1st
The registration link will be available here at that time.
Join us for a restorative weekend designed to help you reconnect with yourself through deep rest, reflection, and release.
Guided by the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of the full moon, this intimate retreat offers a harmonious blend of intentional programming and spacious free time. Step away from the demands of daily life and create space to return to your body, your intuition, and what matters most.
This is a weekend to soften.
To exhale.
To let go.
You will leave feeling grounded, nourished, and deeply rested.
Modern life rarely allows us to truly pause.
This retreat is intentionally designed to offer what so many women are missing: uninterrupted rest, meaningful connection, and space for personal reflection.
Together, we will:
Release what feels heavy
Reconnect with our inner rhythms
Reflect on what is shifting or emerging
Restore our nervous systems through gentle, supportive practices
Gather in community while honoring individual space
The full moon serves as a symbolic anchor for the weekend, associated with illumination, clarity, and release.
You do not need prior retreat experience. You only need a willingness to slow down.
Our retreat unfolds across a private 103-acre nature sanctuary where wide open skies and quiet landscapes create the perfect setting for renewal.
Three stocked fishing and swimming ponds shimmer in the sunlight, while tranquil Suttle Creek winds gently through the property. A majestic 100-year-old Grandmother Oak stands on the land, reminding us of rootedness and resilience.
The soundtrack of the weekend is simple:
Wind in the trees.
Birdsong.
Water moving over stones.
There is room here to walk, journal, sit in stillness, or to simply breathe deeply without interruption.
Each experience is thoughtfully curated to support restoration and reflection.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll be invited participate in:
Full Moon Tea Ritual
Immersive Sound Bath
Gentle Mindful Movement & Stretching
Creative Reflection & Craft Experience
Optional Add-On Massage Sessions
Spacious free time to explore, rest, or connect
The schedule is structured and spacious, allowing for meaningful shared experiences and quiet personal time.
Guests will stay onsite within the sanctuary property, surrounded by natural beauty and peaceful views.
Comfortable shared and private lodging encourages connection while still offering space for privacy and rest. Indoor gathering areas provide cozy spaces for conversation, journaling, and reflection.
Each lodging space includes a full bathroom for your comfort and convenience.
